Pain in the back

I am laid up- it's a problem. Or rather I have a problem. You see I can't just sit around, especially when I am being told to sit still. On Friday my back started hurting, which is not all that unusual for me. You see when I was in college I was at a concert and there was body passing, a guy was dropped on my head. It wasn't good, lots of pain and problems until I was better, then someone rear ended me. Anyway I have had my fair share of back pain, but for the last several years I have been pain free, that is until Friday. It got so bad that I literally could not walk on Saturday. And well that stopped me for a while until I had to unload my 75 pounds of canning peaches, I got yelled at for that. But today I was actually feeling better, which was not good, cause now I feel a lot worse. I can't help myself. Chuck mentioned I was probably due for another accident. Not sure why he would say that. I mean in the 3 years we farmed on our own I only had a few accidents, the burn, whiplash, and slipping on ice really things that happen to everyone. Right?

Oh, back pain is awful! Try to do your best to take it easy. You want to heal up. I do know it's really hard though when you have so much to do.

Thanks Alison! I have to can those peaches today- so I will be shuffling about. Hope your move was successful!

Take as many breaks as you can today. We are still stuck in the RV. We are hoping to be moving to a house the end of September. But, that's still up in the air. We are in Minnesota and we are so happy to be back.

Glad you are back, wish you were in a house! Since I will have the help of a 6 month old and a 3 year old I am thinking I will be breaking a lot!
