It's snowing

Right now right this minute it is snowing, and it has been for the last several hours. I am not sure if I mind. I mean I am ready for winter to be over with and the colors of spring to start sprouting but a nice fresh coating of snow is so beautiful. The start of spring can be so ugly, all the mud and brown grass, the empty trees and shrubs, but a new coat of snow is so clean and wonderful. So for now I guess winter can stay.

I have my seed orders in and am excited to start planning where I am am going to plant everything. This year I am trying a couple of new places to buy my seeds from, I ordered from Sand Hill Preservation Center and Fedco. I ordered more asparagus to plant this year from Fedco, I also ordered my seed potatoes from Fedco. Since I do not have the room or a warm place to start onion seeds I had to order sets and neither Sand Hill or Fedco had sets, so I ordered them from Territorial Seed Company. Territorial is where I bought all of our seeds from last year and they were great, however Sand Hill and Fedco had better prices, so I thought I would give them a try. I know I have not gotten any seeds yet but so far I am happy with the ordering processes, but I will keep you posted.
