With fall in the air it is about time for eating squash pie. Now I am sure you could just go to the store and buy a can of pumpkin puree- or you could go to your local farmers market and buy a nice big hubbard squash- or if you did a little more planning you could have grown your own. Once you have the squash all you need to do is hack in half, take out the guts, and bake it until done- then scoop it into the a blender or food processor and puree. Add your eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon, flour, and whatever else you desire and put it in a pie shell, bake it and there you have the best squash pie ever! Happy fall!
